This event will also serve as a kick-off for a broader project called LEADer Certified, which aims to recognize and certify organizations who meet high standards of workplace equitability.

PNC is very focused on diversity and support for women and has received numerous awards including 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers (Working Mother magazine, 2016) and Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality (Human Rights Campaign, 2017).
anupama (anu) jain, Founder of a consulting firm called Inclusant, which focuses on building local capacity for diversity by connecting individuals, organizations, and even sectors.
Jeesoo Sohn, Recruiter at Duolingo where they recently achieved a 50:50 female-male recruit ratio for graduate hires.
Moderated by Tasha Gideon, Director at Verrah, a growth agency that specializes in working with companies striving to be more relevant to women.

Join us at Threadbare Cider House during Inclusive Innovation Week to re-ignite conversations around intersectionality and gender equity in partnership with the City of Pittsburgh's Gender Equity Commission, Pittsburgh Technology Council, Planned Parenthood and Wigle. The evening will feature games, prizes and ignite talks from event partners to facilitate conversations and encourage new connections.
